19 Mar “Ginger Balls” to crunch with Walnuts, Hazelnuts & Dried Grapes
Today we propose you a recipe of shot of ginger to be crunched; the “ginger ball” energizing perfect for the small hungers, an ideal concentrate of energy before attacking a session of sport or physical exercise !
Ingredients to carry out 6 energizing ginger balls :
– 2 pieces of 4-5 cm fresh ginger
– 2 tablespoons of walnuts
– 2 tablespoons of hazelnuts
– 2 tablespoons of dried grapes
Preparing the Ginger Balls :
Prepare your blender and the different ingredients, if you can, choose organic products. Grate the fresh ginger and add it to the other ingredients in the blender. Blend for a minute until you get a homogeneous paste. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions, then roll each portion into a small ball between your hands, and your ginger shots are ready to eat !
